Kukuruzua Desk Project

The lack of tables and chairs in classrooms forces students to sit on the floor, hindering their comfort, focus, and academic performance. Pefhed’s donation of plastic tables and chairs to schools has significantly improved the learning environment, enabling students to sit comfortably and engage more effectively in their studies. However, the ongoing need for additional furniture persists to ensure that all students have access to a conducive learning environment.

Library Project - Picture a Library with no Books

The Keystone Rotary International E-Club of District 7280, in partnership with Rotarian Lynne Carpenter of the Zebulon Rotary Club of District 7710, successfully completed The Ghana Library Project. Working together with the Peoples Foundation for Health and Education Development (PEFHED), they shipped over 22,000 books and educational materials to an empty library structure in the Bawku West District of northern Ghana. The project aimed to promote literacy, education, and provide a safe learning space for students. The completion of the project has created new opportunities for the community and contributed to their overall development.

Kukuruzua KG Project

We are currently building a new classroom for KG pupils due to the unsafe condition of their existing building. The construction is 75% complete, but the students have been forced to have lessons under a tree in the meantime. We are seeking funds to complete the project and provide a safe and suitable learning environment for the students. Your contribution will make a significant impact on their education and help create a brighter future for them.
